When can I check in to my room?
Arrival is possible starting at 2:00 pm (if you should arrive after 8:00 pm, we ask that you notify us in advance).
When are dining times?
Breakfast is from 7:15 – 10:00 am. Dinner (half-board) is from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
Is there an à la carte restaurant?
Our A la Carte Restaurant "Rauterstube": Kitchen hours: 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A reservation is absolutely necessary. This you can easily announce at the reception. (changing days off)
Is there a wellness area?
Our SPAradies consists of a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation room, heated indoor pool (28-30 °C), and a heated garden pool with sun deck and sunbathing areas (from Easter to mid September – depending on weather, 25-28 °C)
Are children allowed in the SPAradies?
Children up to 16 yrs. old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area (indoor and outdoor pool). The sauna area incl. relaxation room is an absolute quiet zone. Admission to the sauna is not allowed for children up to 16 yrs. old.
How much is the local tax?
The local tax is € 2.00 per person and day (not included in the room price).
Is there WLAN?
WLAN is available for free in the rooms and hotel lobby (user name and password are available at the reception desk). Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone and tablet in the restaurant, breakfast room, and SPAradies.
Is there a ski bus?
There is a free ski bus that stops right in front of the hotel, and it will take you to the valley station of the Großglockner resort in just a few minutes.
