Frequently asked questions

When can I check in to my room?

Arrival is possible starting at 2:00 pm (if you should arrive after 8:00 pm, we ask that you notify us in advance).

When must I check out of my room?

You must check out your room by 11:00 am.

When are dining times?

Breakfast is from 7:30 – 10:30 am. Dinner (half-board) is from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

Is there an à la carte restaurant?

Our à la carte restaurant "Rauter Stube" is open daily. Kitchen open: 12:00 to 2:00 pm and 6:00 to 9:00 pm (reservations requested).

Is there a wellness area?

Our SPAradies consists of a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation room, heated indoor pool (28-30 °C), and a heated garden pool with sun deck and sunbathing areas (from Easter to mid September – depending on weather, 25-28 °C)

Are children allowed in the SPAradies?

Children up to 16 yrs. old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area (indoor and outdoor pool). The sauna area incl. relaxation room is an absolute quiet zone. Admission to the sauna is not allowed for children up to 16 yrs. old.

How much is the spa tax / visitor's tax?

The visitor's tax is € 2.00 per person and day (not included in the room price).

Is there WLAN?

WLAN is available for free in the rooms and hotel lobby (user name and password are available at the reception desk). Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone and tablet in the restaurant, breakfast room, and SPAradies.

Is there a ski storage room?

There is a ski storage room as well as separate boot drying room.

Can I book massages?

Massage appointments can be made at the reception desk.

Is there a tanning booth?

Our tanning booth costs € 7.50 for 15 minutes.

Is there a ski bus?

There is a free ski bus that stops right in front of the hotel, and it will take you to the valley station of the  Großglockner resort in just a few minutes. 

Can I purchase a ski pass in the hotel?

Ski passes for 2 or more days can be purchased directly at the reception desk. Individual day tickets are only available at the valley station.

Am I allowed to bring my dog?

You are welcome to bring your dog with you. The daily price, not including food, is Euro 18.00 per day. Dogs are not allowed in the SPAradies and breakfast room. 

How can I pay at the hotel?

Along with cash, we also accept debit cards and credit cards.

Are there cribs?

We are happy to provide you with a crib for free.

Is there a baby monitor in the hotel?

We ask that you bring your own baby monitor with you.
