SAUNAS

Our sauna area consists of a classic Finnish sauna, a steam bath/Turkish bath, an infrared cabin and a solarium.



Finnish Sauna
The traditional Finnish sauna – a dry atmosphere and a temperature of 80°C to 100°C.

Steam Bath/Turkish Bath
The steam bath – almost 100% humidity at a temperature between 35°C and 55°C.

Infrared Cabin
The warmth dilates lymph channels and stimulates the flow of perspiration. The improved blood circulation can improve the transport of oxygen in the body. Metabolism and circulation are stimulated and the body is purified.

Please note:
The well-earned rest of our guests is our top priority.
The sauna area, including the rest room is an absolute area of silence.
Please note that these rooms are only reserved for adults and adolescents over 16 years. Children under 16 are not allowed to enter.
For hygiene reasons, we ask you to enter the sauna without bathing suits.
