AlpinPark Matrei

An exclusive tourism project is being developed in the centre of MATREI in Osttirol in the heart of the region known as Hohe Tauern National Park.

The special arrangement of the 7 buildings and the high-quality architecture typical of the region convey the ambiance of a “village in a village”. Refinancing through leasing

Each buyer of a holiday apartment in AlpinPark Matrei has the option of leasing their property via the ****Hotel Rauter (dates can be determined individually).

The luxury apartments that will be offered for sale range in size from 75 m² to 147 m² (2 – 4 bedrooms).
